Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Because our property operates with a limited number of private boutique units, cancellations significantly affect our operations. Please review our cancellation schedule and terms below prior to confirming your reservation.

1. Cancellation Timeline & Refund Schedule

All cancellation deadlines are calculated based on the property's local check-in time (3:00 PM GMT) on the scheduled arrival date.

  • Full Refund (30+ Days Notice): Guests receive a 100% refund of accommodation costs and cleaning fees if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 full days before the scheduled check-in time.

  • 50% Refund (7 to 30 Days Notice): Cancellations made between 30 days and 7 full days prior to check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of total nightly accommodation fees, plus a 100% refund of the cleaning fee.

  • No Refund (Less than 7 Days Notice): Cancellations made less than 7 full days (168 hours)prior to check-in, as well as no-shows or early departures, are non-refundable. The cleaning fee will be refunded only if the cancellation is submitted prior to check-in.

3. Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Cancellation Method: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to AmiVilla.sl@gmail.com or submitted directly through your reservation confirmation link. The official timestamp is recorded upon receipt of the request.

  • Security & Damage Deposits: Any pre-authorized or collected refundable security deposits will be released or refunded in full for any cancellation made before check-in.

  • Travel Protection: We strongly advise all guests to secure comprehensive travel insurancecovering trip interruptions, flight schedule disruptions, or medical emergencies, as exceptions to this policy cannot be granted for travel disruptions outside of our control.
